So what have we been up to lately? With the yummy rainy weather it's pushed us to take advantage of the cloud cover and cool temps and get our garden up and running along with the rest of the yard. Last weekend Mia and I planted (transplanted) our flowers. Ed brought home some tulips for me and suggested planting along with the other ones too. Micah picked out the blue flowers; Mia picked out the bright yellow flowers and the hot pink one. I picked out what the kids were calling the baby flowers, lol!
And of course, what's our yard without attempting to grow our grapevine? Yep...it's back, we'll see how well it does, hopefully we picked a spot where it won't get fried come summer time. Icee's done a good job not destroying our work, yay!
