This past December we went to California for our Christmas break and it couldn't have been any more AWESOME! What made it so special was that it was going to be Mia, Micah's AND Ed's first time to Disney! Between tracking down our favorite characters and getting through the lines we were able still able to enjoy time as a family. Mia and Micah loved the teacups and Francis the "not-so-ladybug" ladybug ride. I think it was the spin factor;) Watching their faces go gaga at the sight of their favorite Disney and Pixar characters was priceless.

We also went to the beach on one of the windiest days of our trip. They wouldn't let us fly kites though, can you believe it?! The guy at the shop down at the beach said it wasn't safe...whatever that meant, lol! So instead we opted for riding a trolly bike, the kids loved it! When we went down to walk along the shore the sand was attacking our legs because it was sooo windy so being the big babies we are, we left early, teehee!
Hopefully we get to make the trip again soon!
