O is for October!

Well here goes a quick recap of this past month...

We started off the month by packing up the condo an getting ready for our BIG move! Yay team! We did it, finally! So now, here we are in Chandler, AZ- still in state and near civilization as we know it;) The kids are loving the space and freedom that comes with having their own room and more importantly, a yard to run  around in and "be free!" Love it!

Not too long after out big move came Micah's birthday. We decided this year on doing a birthday/costume party seeing as how it is close enough to Halloween, why not? At first, we thought Micah would be good for dressing up like Superman or some super hero since that's what he's into, but of course- he had to be a pirate! I blame the swords and guns they get to carry, lol! But he enjoyed having his cousins over to join him on his special day:)

Wrapping up the end of the month we had 2 different trick-o-treating times and a Schneph Family farm halloween . Mia took part in her first Halloween parade at school; she decided to be Belle from Beauty and the Beast. Micah and I tagged along, which turned out to be a huge help to Micah so he could feel comfortable for later at night with the trunk o treat. This time he stuck to his original costume- Superman. Whew!

At night it was another story, at least for Mia it was, if there were a newspaper printed just for her the front headline would read, "Princess by day, SuperGirl by night!" Micah kept to the Superman story line and we managed to include Icee as Super Doggy. The kid's had a blast collecting the candy at the trunk o treat.
