Has it really been a year?! January 2015

Way to kick off the new year! It's interesting how everything falls into place for a reason. Just two years ago we had moved into our house and new ward. Although we hadn't necessarily planned on living in Chandler (I think it looks way to "dry" here, lol!), but for whatever reason this was where we needed to be.

On the 28th of December Ed got sustained as Bishop of the Amberwood Ward. 

Lo and behold, the weekend after Thanksgiving President Danielson called us over to his home to interview Ed for a new calling. When he told us that the calling was for Bishop of our ward, Ed was speechless and the first words out of my mouth were, "Are you serious?". And now, here we are, grateful to be able to serve Lord in his vineyard and feeling the blessings and love from those we serve.
